HBS Towers ((ヒンディー語:एच बी एस टॉव्हर्स)) is an upcoming residential project being built by HBS Realtors, Mumbai at Worli, Mumbai. The project has recently won the ‘World’s Best Residential Renovation/Redevelopment Project’ Award at the International Property Awards 2014 held in Dubai. Part of the HBS Oceanfront Residences brand, HBS Towers is considered the flagship project of HBS Realtors in Mumbai. HBS Towers with its Contemporary Art Deco architecture is set to revive the Art Deco style of architecture in Mumbai. The building has received pre-certification under Indian Green Buildings (IGBC) Green Home Rating. Expected to be one of Mumbai’s tallest buildings, the structure will stand over 650 feet tall.
